Shipping Policy
Domestic - shipping carrier and service is selected at checkout. All orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping & reduced flat-rate expedited shipping. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. All domestic shipments include free-insurance coverage for the full amount of your order. We only ship through USPS or UPS.
International - we ship worldwide! Please allow an additional 1-4 days to process any international shipments. Please note that you may be responsible for any additional taxes or import duties charged upon delivery. Likewise, we do not cover insurance coverage past the standard amount; additional coverage can be purchased at checkout. We only ship through DHL.
All shipments:
- Once your order has shipped, we cannot control or guarantee transit times, as it is the responsibility of the carrier (USPS, UPS, or DHL). Likewise, we're unfortunately not responsible for any lost packages, but are happy to assist with any claims.
- All orders over $250 USD will require a signature upon delivery. We cover the cost for this service.
- For orders of $100 or more, where free standard shipping or reduced flat-rate shipping is selected, we will choose the carrier.
Consigned items: all consigned items will be stated as such on the product page. Given these item go through an additional round of quality/authenticity check proior to shipment, please allow an extra 1-4 business days to process orders that include items on consignment. Typically, you'll recieve your order within 6-10 business days from the the order date, but in rare cases it may take up to 14 days.
