RETURN POLICY
Approved returns are either refunded to the original payment method, or as store credit. Conditions for both are detailed below. Also, please note, only the amount paid for the item is eligible for a refund; any shipping costs incured on your order are not refundable.
Refund issued to original payment method
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Inclusions: Items must be marked as "Eligible for returns" in the items product page. See below for items marked as "Eligible for store credit".
- Timeframe: return request must be received within 14 days of delivery as verified by the carrier's tracking information. Once a return label is issued, the item needs to be shown as received by the carrier within 5 business days.
- Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Items that are worn, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for return.
- Return Tag Attached: all eligible items will have a unique return tag attached to them before they're shipped to you. A picture of the attached tag is taken and kept in our internal records. This must be attached and not altered in any way.
- Restocking Fee: A $25 or 15% restocking fee, whichever is greater, will apply to all returns to cover restocking and processing costs. To significantly reduce this fee, we suggest opting for a store credit refund; details below.
Refund issued as store credit
Returns issued as store credit follow the same conditions as above except for the following key differences:
- Inclusions: includes items marked as either "eligible for returns" or "eligible for returns - store credit only".
- Restocking Fee: A 5% restocking fee, minimum of $15 and maximum of $150, will apply to all store credit returns. This fee will be subtracted from your store credit before it's issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, please reach out to us at support@maisonbum.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us at support@maisonbum.com. A 10% restocking fee will apply to cover restocking and payment processing costs.
RETURN PROCESS

Request a Return Authorization:
Email us at support@maisonbum.com within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return. Please include your order number and "Return Request" in the subject line. Include the reason for the return in the body of the email. -
Ship the Item Back:
Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions and a return shipping address. To streamline the process we will also provide you with a return label. Once a return label is issued, the item needs to be shown as received by the carrier within 5 business days. -
Inspection & Refund:
Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.
